About this piece
A vintage 100 gram fine silver bar from Johnson Matthey, one of the most recognised names in historic precious-metal refining.
The bar carries the JM crossed-hammers mark on the front and is marked on the reverse as guaranteed by Johnson Matthey, London, with refiners to the Bank of England.
Presented in its original-style navy presentation case with gold lining. Surface marks and patina are consistent with age and handling.
