Norbu House is an independent dealer in precious metals, collectible bullion and selected watches, operating in Hong Kong by appointment. In these terms, “Norbu House”, “we” and “us” refer to the business operating this website, and “you” refers to any visitor or client.

By using this website you agree to these terms. You may browse the website and submit enquiries for your own lawful, personal or business purposes.

You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using automated means to extract content or price data.

We take care to describe items accurately, including weight, fineness, maker, condition and included accessories. Photographs are of the actual item where stated, but colour and finish may appear differently on screen. Minor marks consistent with age and handling are normal for pre-owned and collectible pieces.

Spot prices shown on the website are obtained from third-party market-data sources, are refreshed periodically and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. They are provided for general reference only and are not an offer to buy or sell at that price.

Spot prices and calculated product prices displayed on the website are indicative unless Norbu House expressly confirms a transaction price.

Calculated prices are derived from the prevailing spot price, metal content and any applicable premium, and are shown for guidance only.

Precious-metal prices move continuously. Indicative prices may change at any time without notice until a transaction price has been expressly confirmed by Norbu House. Submitting an enquiry does not lock a precious-metal price.

Many items are single pieces. An item shown as available may already be reserved or sold, and availability is only assured once a transaction has been confirmed.

Enquiries to buy, requests to sell and online quotations are invitations to discuss a transaction. They do not by themselves create a binding contract or constitute a confirmed sale or purchase.

A transaction becomes confirmed only when Norbu House expressly confirms the item, final price, availability and transaction terms.

We may decline any enquiry or transaction at our discretion, including where we are unable to complete identity, source-of-funds or other checks we consider appropriate.

Confirmed purchases are settled by bank transfer or other methods agreed directly with you. Payment instructions are provided after confirmation. Items are released only after cleared funds have been received. See Payment.

Items offered are inspected before sale. Where third-party certificates, papers or assay records are included, they are described as received; we do not guarantee the opinions of third parties. Items we buy from you are subject to inspection and verification, and any quotation may be revised or withdrawn if an item differs from its description.

Delivery or collection is arranged as described on our Shipping & Collection page and as confirmed for each transaction. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Title to an item passes to you when full cleared payment has been received. Risk passes on handover to you or your nominee, or on delivery to the address you provide where we arrange insured delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns are governed by our Returns policy. Confirmed precious-metal and bullion transactions are generally final, subject to your rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Watches and other pre-owned items are sold in the condition described. Unless stated otherwise, they are not covered by any manufacturer warranty, and water resistance, accuracy and service history are not guaranteed. Brand names are used for identification only; Norbu House is not affiliated with or authorised by the brands it trades.

Text, photographs, design and other content on this website belong to Norbu House or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Norbu House is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on indicative prices, market data or website availability. Our total liability in respect of any transaction is limited to the price paid for the relevant item. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
