Because precious-metal prices fluctuate continuously, confirmed orders for precious metals and bullion are generally final once the transaction has been completed.

Returns for change of mind are not normally accepted for precious metals, bullion or other market-priced items.

Watches and collectible items may be subject to the return terms agreed at the time of sale.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where an item has been supplied incorrectly or is materially not as described.
